Innopolis Foundation Backs K-Deep Tech’s Global Expansion

Innopolis Foundation to Fully Support Global Expansion of K-Deep Tech

The Innopolis Foundation (Chairman Hee-Kwon Jung, hereinafter “the Foundation”) has launched its “Global Proof of Concept (PoC) Support Program” to accelerate overseas expansion of promising deep-tech companies and provide opportunities for technology validation and commercialization in global markets.

Targeting companies located within Korea’s research and development special zones that possess promising technologies, the program will focus on three major regions—Eastern North America, Western North America, and Europe. It will provide full-cycle support for △ technology and product proof-of-concept (PoC), △ market validation, △ local partner connections, △ overseas investment attraction, and △ establishment of local subsidiaries.

Through this initiative, deep-tech firms will receive tailored support from specialized domestic and overseas institutions. Depending on the selection stage, companies can access demonstration and commercialization packages valued at up to 50 million KRW, helping them secure competitiveness on the global stage.

To assist prospective participants, the Foundation held its first business briefing in Daejeon on the 4th and will continue with additional regional briefings.

Eight domestic and international partners will jointly operate the program: △ SID Partners and Joshua Partners (domestic common programs), △ ED Research and Lucie Korea (Eastern North America), △ Tap Angel Partners and Mind the Bridge (Western North America), △ Startup Colors UG and Herem (Europe).

Applications are open until 3:00 p.m. on June 20 (Friday). Detailed announcements and support guidelines can be found on the Innopolis Foundation website (www.innopolis.or.kr).
